Synopsis
A gothic tale of obsession between a haunted young woman and a monstrous vampire who falls in love with her, unleashing unspeakable horrors in his wake. Willem Dafoe, who plays Professor Albin Eberhart von Franz, previously played the fictional vampire Max Schreck in The Vampire’s Shadow (2000), a partial remake of the behind-the-scenes Nosferatu and a fictionalized look at the 1922 Terror.
