Old footage is framed by new scenes, combined with a story that only highlights narratives designed to make the Nazis look bad and the Germans look like they were duped. It presents people as miserable, everything is set up purely for propaganda purposes. The story about the Jews has no basis because it makes no sense compared to modern facts. The Jews were deliberately painted as the enemy, just to justify the war and the killings. It just doesn’t work. Because of this, I stopped the film at 70% and asked for a refund.
