Resort developers, tribal rights, and the authority of the state of Montana all influence his lifestyle. He resembles Rock Hudson in the movie “The Giant” and tries to stick to the old ways. "Yellowstone" It builds quickly from a small introduction, but its story unfolds at the natural pace of a day in the desert, pausing for tribal customs, cowboy conventions, and political intrigue. It’s a far-reaching enterprise that rests at the seams between law and justice, family and friendship.
Country and family are his livelihood
Costner seems to fill his character’s shoes naturally. He’s a world-weary man who has seen too much, often lies. Even when he hears footsteps coming his way, he can only do his part out of habit and loyalty. While some of the action is a bit confusing due to the lack of explanation, it feels natural, as if the viewer is getting a genuine slice of life into another world.
I’m giving it a "9"
I hope the resolution of this story contains an emotional triumph that justifies its breadth and its attention to detail. Update 7/20/2018: After four episodes, the series has a strong tone and a consistent rhythm. We learn the fullness of each story from beginning to end. The new season of "Ciel" is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month.
